The conference will offer three excursions customized only for ISIT 2024 participants for Wednesday afternoon.
A minimum of 20 persons per option is required for the ISIT 2024 excursions to materialize. Pre-registration is thus required to ensure there is sufficient interest for the trip to go ahead. You must let us know well in advance, to secure the bus transfers, archaeological sites’ tickets and most importantly the tour guide that will escort us to archaeological sites and museums. Please note that admission time slots are given by the Greek Ministry of Culture and our travel agent will book the time slots of visits and pay in advance for them. Hence, it is important to know that you need to book early enough and that if you cannot finally attend, the full cost of the excursion will not be refundable.
Maximum capacity
After the Covid 19 pandemic, the Greek Ministry of Culture has implemented strict rules with regards to access and appointments to archaeological sites. For this reason, each excursion has a maximum capacity, which is specified in each excursion’s description. A first come, first served procedure will be followed. In case the excursion you wish to attend has reached the maximum capacity at the time of your application, you will be informed via email.

To join the excursion, you must fill in and send a form to the appointed local travel agent, L’ oceane, at [email protected] and [email protected].
